The Kapolei Judiciary Complex opened its doors to eager West O’ahu residents in March, but until the traditional Hawaiian blessing and dedication on May 28, 2010, it had not yet come to full life.

Kailua Racquet Club Night Doubles titles, being ranked among

every year he has been eligible.
